Trustee and Nominee Services
TBC LTD provides nominee director, secretary and shareholder services in order to assist the clients to maintain their privacy.
Nominee names are appearing in public records, while the clients' names remain confidential.
> Nominee director is an individual or legal entity, which formally holds the position of director of the company. It is advisable to use nominee services of local director since the company is considered to be a Cyprus tax resident only if the management and control of the company are carried out in Cyprus.
> Nominee shareholders can be individuals or a legal entities. Their names will be listed in the Registrar of Companies of the jurisdiction where the company was incorporated.
> Secretary services are also provided by our office. It is advisable to use local secretary services since the secretary of the company is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with neccesary law requirements.
